Still going 9 1/2 months since Band surgery and I've lost 123lbs

I am so thankful and relieved to have my health back. I do still struggle with the fear of gaining weight back some but i do feel confident i won't. The thought only sneak in once and a while. It's so different this time around. I don't feel the same as when i did Jenny Craig/weight watchers, a matter of fact i don't feel like i'm even on a diet. I don't count calories, I don't feel pulled back like i used to at all. Because of the band i stay mindful and make better choices. there are things that I don't have anymore(carbonation, hoagies pancakes) which could stretch my stomach but it's been 9 1/2 months since I've even bothered with them that I really don't miss them enough to cave. Still doing bio-feedback and i have about 15lbs to go but if I'm feeling so great that i'm not in a hurry other than i'd love to have a Hugh party. If i can retrain my brain anybody can. Stay strong and follow ur heart it will lead u. hugs and thanks for letting me vent my goodness. Merry Christmas too...

Ribbon Candy bell door hanger

Made this for a box swap for my upline meetup last week.   I was inspired by http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/photo/734872?si=ribbon%20candy&perpage=12&thumbsonly=0&thumbcheck=stampqueen17
This was a  challenge at first. At first i wanted to use Stampin up's Wide R & W stripped Ribbon because i know it will store easier from year to year but when i made a sample the ribbon wouldn't hold apart and it was a very condensed size and i wanted it to spread out some.  I finally decided on using some spackle tape to give the ribbon substance to stay apart some..  It worked great and then at the end i sprinkled dazzling diamonds on it and it sticks easily to the spackle tape and who doesn't like some Bling for the holiday right.

The ribbon length is 18inches long and i cut the Spackle tape the same length but i then cut the spackle tape in half.  Don't worry, it's ok not to have it cover the whole ribbon.  I used  Stampin ups' tool kit needle and used the red grosgrain ribbon to run through the stripped ribbon and the bells. I used two 6inch pieces of stampin ups' tinsel ribbon for the top and the bottom.  lastly used Su's decorative punch  on whisper white for the sentiment at the top.  TFL  Enjoy this was really fun to do.

6th Annual Holiday Raffles

These were Raffles i gave away for my Holiday SAS i hosted last week. Congrats to Jacqui and Colleen. The one above I used White textured Chipboard and then I used black for the bottom diecut out using the lattice Diecut from Stampin up. For the top one I Ran Vellum CS through my xyron and stuck the lattice diecut to it then emerged it in the Dazzling diamonds then punched holes in the Vellum Cs and using the trim tinsel, tied them together. Put a decorated cutout base on inside just sitting on the Tinsel and bought a faux tealight and put it inside also. for the bottom one i ran the lattice through the xyron instead and using the black grosgrain tied it together and then just used clear purple colored gel in center of it. looks really cool with the faux tealight on. 3. Bring the WW diecut circles back to where you are sitting and stamp the Seasons Greetings(peaceful seasons) on first then take them back to the bigshot and run them 2 at a time through the Big shot using the flurry’s dry emboss template .
