I always get sad when I have to make these kind of cards but if you have to make them using these Verve stamp sets it'll work great. The Cross is the prettiest I've seen around. I just got a bunch of Julee's stamps. I'm looking forward to playing with them. This card is made from two of the Verve sets. ! is called Note of Prayer and the other is called Artful Elegance. You can find them here if you want to buy some for yourself.
This card got started because of the ic142 and this is the one it's based on. I changed the blue though to the sage because Verve sent me the pretty ribbon for an order thank you. How nice was that. My inspiration was the color and the the scroll leaves. I didn't use leaves but it's similar in my eyes.
My Recipe:
Stamps: Verve stamps
ink: Brown Stazon, chocolate chip, whisper white
Paper: Chocolate chip, whisper white ancestory designer papr,
Accessories: Scallop square punch, Verve satin ribbon, dew drops
ticket corner punch.
Have a great Sunday everybody
Terry
So sorry for the occasion, but it's a gorgeous card! I love the crisscrossed ribbon.
