Proud Parents

I'm a proud Mom. The other day my Daughter Alexandra got this letter in the mail. Great Job Sweetie. We love you,
Mom and Dad.

candle favors for My gift for mom stamp camp I hosted.

These were the favors I gave everyone who came to my gift for mom stamp camp I bought the candles from Michaels for $1.00. and decorated them up. They had a ton of them in all different colors. It worked out great because the colors they had matched the Designer paper afternoon tea from Stampin up that I used for the camp. Except for the purple ones I just got them just because. To decorate them I used white stazon and stamped right on the glass with the thank you from all holidays and the butterflies were from the live your dream from the stampin up set.

On the top I used baroque motifs stampin up set using the SU scallop punch to punch it out. Lastly I used the stitched ribbon to match again except for the purple one. I found grosgrain ribbon to match that one.
If you want, You can find the photo brag book that we did for the camp under March in my blog

Thanks for looking have a great day.

5. Punch out large ovals of the same color plain cardstock.

6. Tape small oval designer paper to the large oval cardstock.

7. Take a piece of white cardstock and stamp the letter of your choice and punch it out using the 1 ¼ circle punch.

8. Punch out another circle using the 1 ¾ using the green card stock.

9. Stick the corcles together and then tape the circles to the circle scallop. Set aside.

10. Once everything is taped together it’ll be time to put the flower together.

Address book for New New Neighbor

Here's an Address Book I designed up for my New Neighbors. I'm just so Happy that they seem super nice and have lots of plans for the old house. It was empty for a while and needed a lot of work just to be good for moving in. They are really young getting married next month. We introduced ourselves a couple of weeks ago and I told her I wouldn't be baking her anything. Because she really wouldn't want me too because I'm not so good at it but I'm very crafty and told her I'd design her a gift. I thought for a New house a new address book would be good. I don't know her style but hopefully they'll like it.

My recipe:

Stamps Retired alphabet stamp from Stampin up, computer for the ddress part

Paper: Basic Grey, So Saffron, certainly celery whisper white all from Stampin up

Ink: Bashful blue for the letter A, brown from the computer, white craft for over the cuttle bug background.

Accessories: Large and small oval punch, scallop circle punch both 1 1/4 & 1 3/4 circle punches all from stampin, ribbon from Stampin up but the appricott grosgrain ribbon is retired, cuttle paisley template for background, sheer ribbon is from Michaels crafts, white gel pen address book is from stamponthis

Technique: Flower from punches, dry embossing

Here's the ic128
Thanks for stopping by I'll be back with instructions on how to make the flower

Wedding gift Name Frame

Here's a frame I did for a customer and a she also happens to be a great friend. Her boss is getting remarried and she needed a gift. The Heart will open and they can put a picture in it's place. If they want the heart can be put on the frame lower next to the oval next to the picture. It's put on using dimensionals so it won't rip anything when lifted off. They'd just have to put new demensionals. I love doing the name frames Each take on a life of their own and are always so different. Thanks for stopping by.

Hi Everybody,

Last night my Daughter came to me. Look what I made. can you upload my card for me so I can get feed back on it. She 's too funny. I guess I 'm rubbing off on her. She was so excited and wanted me to do it then. It was late and I had to tell her I needed to wait until morning so I could get a better picture of it. She'll be a happy camper when she gets home today anyway. That's the goal. This card she made for a student teacher that's been working in her class this year. Her last day is today and they are having a little farewell party. I just love the little tear drops she has going on. so sweet.I would be so grateful for any comments given. Have a great day!!!!

ic125 on splitcoaststampers

This is for todays ic125 on splitcoaststampers. It worked perfectly. The animals on the ic got me today. I needed to do a congratulations communion card for my niece and when I saw today ic challenge It inspired me to use this animal stamp. I know there's no hippo's in the ic piece but seeing the ic piece I immeditily went looking for an animal stamp. I love the way it turned out. I went too off the colors of my sisters invite for my niece found here. I also did some scoring with this card to separate the dry embossing with the stamped image. Love that look. I drew a cross in the balloon but it smeared for the watercoloring I did. It's not real noticiable I hope. Thanks for stopping by Have a great Saturday. Terry

Ny Recipe:

Stamps: Fun Pun, All holidays for you,

paper: Whisper white,

Ink: Black stazon, wild wasabi,

customer invites

This is a custom design I did for a Customer. I did 50- 50th birthday invitations. I had to dig out my stamp- a- ma- jig too to get the 50 to be in the same place on each card. I must confess I was a little rusty but it didn't take long to get the hang of it again. I used my editing program to block off the privite info on them. I delivered them and the customer seemed very pleased. Thanks for stopping by Terry

My Recipe:

Stamps: Letterpress Numbers

Paper: Basic Black, silver brushed cs, whisper white

Ink: Silver encore, computer black

The Karma Garage write up

Here's a picture of where I just had my very first Tahi yoga message yesterday. It's at a place called, The Karma Garage. Be sure to check out her blog. Shes a very inspirational writer too. It'll be a very cool read. My good friend Val is a Omyoga certified, Tahi yoga massage trained, physical therapy licensed. I've never had a Tahi yoga message before and it was so Great. I felt very relaxed, which I needed to feel very badly. I really just wanted to fall asleep but I had to drive home first.

To take time for ourselves is very rare. I totally recommend doing it for yourself more. I just may have to. Thanks Val

Thanks for stopping by. Terry
